Deposit

Make a direct deposit via your mobile banking app or online banking platform. Upon registration you will receive the Khwezi Financial Services bank details. Please use your trading account number as beneficiary reference. Please send proof of payment to [email protected].

In order to make an instant EFT or process your credit or debit card payment to Khwezi Financial Services, please login to the MyKhwezi portal above and select “Deposit” on the online portal. Once the transaction is approved the funds will be allocated to your MT5 account.

Withdrawals

Easy withdrawals from the dashboard of your MyKhwezi Portal.

Withdrawals are processed daily and the cut-off time for withdrawals is at 15:00. If the request is received after 15:00 the withdrawal will be processed the following day. For first time withdrawals, your ID and a recent copy of your bank statement in your name and not older than 3 months is needed for security purposes. Funds are usually reflected in your bank account 1-3 working days from the time of the withdrawal.

Once you have logged into your MyKhwezi Portal, click on the “Trader Dashboard” tab. You will then see a button that says “Withdraw”. Click on this button, and you will be taken to a form where you can enter the details of your withdrawal.
